Key Responsibilities:

• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing lead generation opportunities.
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and customer service skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary.
