Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation for our cloud database services, including user guides, concept guides, and how-to guides for enterprise clients. You will work closely with our design and product management teams to identify key user journeys and create data models that support clients through those journeys. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, write, and publish technical documentation for cloud database services, including user guides, concept guides, and how-to guides for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with product managers, design leads, UX analysts, and UI partners to identify key user journeys and create data models that support clients through those journeys
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize technical writing tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation
  • Mentor and support other writers in the cloud database team to consistently refine approaches to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, database management, and technical writing

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, English, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the cloud computing or database management industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including cloud database services, data modeling, and data architecture
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
