**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meeting team KPIs, and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You'll also be responsible for securely working with customers' sensitive information, applying the latest customer happiness practices, and maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
* Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

**What You Need to Succeed**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
* Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
* Experience in customer service
* Analytical and research skills
* Positive and responsible attitude
* Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
