About the Role: Customer Success Manager
We're looking for a passionate business builder to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As the face and voice of blithequark for our clients, you'll build genuine and durable customer relationships, convert those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth, and serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. You'll be an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with blithequark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
- Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
- Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- A past history of elite performance
- Previous experience in customer success, advisory roles, or consulting, with a strong desire to be in the technology space
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives in roles requiring a high degree of responsibility
- A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
