**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of evolving products and services
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
* Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type at least 40 WPM and possess a quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
