**Job Summary**
As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting Guests with disabilities and providing them with a seamless experience. You will be responsible for registering Guests for the Disability Access Service, supporting their accessibility needs, and ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with Guests through video chat.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Register Guests for the Disability Access Service and provide them with a seamless experience
* Support Guests with their accessibility needs, including providing information on available services and accommodations
* Assist Guests with planning bookings and ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience
* Provide technical support to Guests, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with the website and My Disney Experience application
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Guests receive a consistent and high-quality experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest systems, applications, and Guest Service best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
* Knowledge and interest in Disney property, products, and services
* Technical abilities and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
* Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
* Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
* Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with Disney's Disability Access Service and Guest Service Suite
* Experience working with Guests with disabilities and providing accessibility support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
