About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer happiness and has previous experience working with luxury goods. As a Customer Happiness Professional, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns.
- Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
- Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings, and a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service.
- A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian. (Any of these)
