About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent - Customer Service Representative to join our team. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance between working from our remote office and the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels, conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options
  • Resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license
  • Service to agents and customers will include inbound/outbound communication, ensuring seamless and effective communication at all times
  • Maintain multiple customer communications at the same time, utilizing excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
  • A valid Property and Casualty insurance license, with excellent knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, folders) and property and casualty policies and related processes and procedures

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders
