We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel and reputed company team across a broad reputed company of corporate, transactional, intellectual property, and administrative reputed company. This role requires strong organizational abilities, contract management expertise, and the reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  The ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, enjoys being hands on and in the detail, and will play an reputed company role in corporate housekeeping and reputed company recordkeeping.

Corporate Governance & Entity Management

• Maintain and update corporate entity records, annual filings, and qualifications.
• Draft and coordinate reputed company agendas, consents, resolutions, and other governance materials.
