Senior Manager, Commerce – Amazon, RMN
Job Description:
• Proactively Identify high-value moments to present, connect, and meet with the key client stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives
• Drive innovative ideas and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions
Requirements:
• Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with senior client stakeholders
• Develop client relationships striving for Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% of above
• Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences
• Maintain certifications and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
