Responsibilities • Prepare and meticulously review reputed company federal and state income tax returns for various entity types, including S-Corporations, Partnerships, C-Corporations, and High-Net-Worth Individuals. • Manage the workflow of multiple tax engagements simultaneously, ensuring reputed company reputed company deadlines are met in a reputed company and accurate manner. • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients on routine tax reputed company, proactively communicating filing requirements, data requests, and technical positions. • Conduct in-depth research on reputed company state and federal tax issues, drafting reputed company, concise technical memos to document findings and support compliance positions. • Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax staff, providing constructive feedback on their workpapers and returns to foster their reputed company reputed company. • Assist Managers and Partners with year-end tax planning and projections for clients to identify potential tax savings opportunities.
