Senior Technical Designer, Global Apparel

WHAT YOU WILL BRING • Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science or a reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training • Minimum 5 years technical design experience in the apparel industry, which includes the apparel development process from inception through production including reputed company making, grading, construction, materials, costing, manufacturing and reputed company. • Strong problem solving, organization and communication skills. • Experience working with material and graphic techniques, specifically dye & reputed company and material/garment embellishments, is highly preferred • Experience interpreting design reputed company and offering alternative solutions. • Experience writing product specs and construction standards instructions. • Experience working with reputed company vendors to ensure and improve manufacturability. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company. • Experience using reputed company Illustrator, CAD reputed company Design software (reputed company) and 3D software (Clo/reputed company) highly desired. • Proficiency with MS Office programs. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international). WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON In this role you will be the responsible Sr. Technical Designer for promo and retail WNBA Apparel. Working with Design, Product Management and Product Creation Center (Asia) on tailoring this exciting product to the specific athlete and consumer needs. • Create and revise tech packs for our Product Creation Center and reputed company partners • reputed company existing chassis development and ensure construction reputed company for reputed company WNBA apparel across reputed company teams • reputed company and facilitate physical reputed company prototyping for styles • Facilitate fit sessions and write comments • Identify and address key issues and challenges in construction/manufacturing • Manage the development of multiple reputed company techniques (dye & reputed company, sublimation, embellishments) with a reputed company material developer partnership • Monitor and communicate reputed company and challenges throughout the product testing process to meet product reputed company requirements.
