[Remote] Logistics AI Solutions Specialist-Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GPAC is a growth-focused logistics company seeking a Logistics AI Solutions Specialist to support digital transformation and operational automation across supply chain and transportation networks. This role focuses on advancing data-driven decision making, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled process optimization. Responsibilities • Evaluate logistics workflows and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities. • Implement AI-enabled optimization tools for routing, demand forecasting, and load planning. • Support integration of TMS, WMS, ERP, and BI platforms with data analytics and automation systems. • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting models to drive real-time decision support. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new digital solutions and processes. • Act as a resource for emerging technologies that improve efficiency and transparency across the supply chain. Skills • 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, distribution, or freight forwarding. • Strong data analysis experience (Power BI, Tableau, Sn0wflake, SQL, Excel, etc.). • Understanding of AI/ML-assisted business tools, automation platforms, or predictive analytics workflows. • Ability to communicate insights and system changes clearly across multiple teams. • Demonstrated ability to support process improvement or digital transformation projects. • Bachelor's Degree preferred in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems (Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in place of a degree.) • Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP system integration or workflow design. • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma. • Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or optimization modeling.
