Requirements • Experience working with African American women preferred • Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring in a 1:1 or group reputed company. • High emotional intelligence with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company conversations simultaneously. • Independent, self-motivated, and reliable with excellent follow-through. • Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback. • Availability Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST for messaging communication reputed company Community and 2 evenings per week for coaching calls. Training and Hours • Training: 30–60 days, ~20 hours of self-paced learning and 3 hours/week for meetings and shadowing on coaching calls. • Post-Training: After training, ~5 hours/week with opportunities for additional hours as your reputed company roster grows. Compensation • Training Period: $500/month. • Post-Training: $1,000/month reputed company pay (~5 hours/week). • Income reputed company: Coaches with a larger reputed company roster and commissions for reputed company renewals typically earn $2,500/month for ~10 hours/week.
