Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for assisting with the day to day reputed company of coding staff, which may include establishing staff schedules and deployment, reviewing employee time records and providing feedback to CBO Manager on reputed company performance. • Responsible for monitoring coding work queues. • Identifies discrepancies, potential reputed company of care, and billing issues. • Researches, analyzes, recommends, and facilitates plan of reputed company to correct discrepancies and prevent reputed company coding errors. • Analyzes medical records and identifies documentation deficiencies. • reputed company as a key player in the denial management team. • Serves as resource and subject matter expert to other coding staff. • Assists CBO Manager in orienting, training, and mentoring staff. • Provides ongoing training to staff as needed. • Handles special reputed company as requested. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: • CPC Certified or equivalent certified. • High School diploma (Required). Experience: • ICD-10 & CPT: 1 year (Preferred). • Medical Billing: 1 year (Preferred). • Experience working with any type of EMR (Essential). • Familiarity with MEDENT/MEDITECH (Preferred). • Previous supervisory experience (Preferred).
