Provider Relations Coordinator (Optician/ABO Certified)

As reputed company Benefits of America (VBA) continues to enjoy unprecedented reputed company, we have a business need to expand internal resources to assist optometrists, ophthalmologists, retail locations, and laboratories. As an ABO Certified Provider Relations Coordinator, you will be involved in every aspect of the provider relationship. You will resolve provider issues, aid in the creation of network-reputed company materials, reputed company benefit coverage guidance, answer payment inquiries, and reputed company providers on VBA processes. Exemplary customer service, the ability to multi-task, dependability, and top-notch communication skills are necessary for reputed company in this position. This position is remote. Our office in reputed company, PA will remain accessible for use as needed. Selected candidate will be required to complete (reputed company) in-office training for a minimum of 3 weeks at the beginning of employment and must be available to report to our office occasionally for team/company meetings. The working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm with an hour reputed company lunch, Computer and software provided by VBA. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. CERTIFICATION: reputed company American reputed company of Opticianry (ABO) Basic or Advanced certification is required EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of full-time experience working in an optician role in an optometrist/ophthalmologist office or an optical provider relations role. Experience educating customers on reputed company reputed company and reputed company selection and dispensing glasses is preferred. Experience with reputed company insurance claims is preferred.
