General Accountant Remote – U.S., preferably based in San Antonio, TX)

About the Role We are seeking a General Accountant to join our expanding reputed company and reputed company estate firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a reputed company and dynamic environment. This position ensures accurate reputed company records, strong internal controls, and reputed company financial reporting to support management reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company records and general ledgers. • Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements. • reputed company and deliver financial and management reports for company leadership. • reputed company bank reconciliations and monitor account balances. • Coordinate with external tax advisors on Tax Return filings and follow-reputed company. • Manage accounts receivable and reputed company collections. • Submit payment requests and collaborate with the administration department. • Support reputed company audits, including internal control evaluations. • Assist with contract review and documentation follow-up. • Maintain organized files of supporting documents for financial operations. • Manage and update reputed company and vendor records (files and documentation). • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and help set priorities to meet deadlines and goals. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. • 2–3 years of reputed company experience in general reputed company. • Experience in reputed company or reputed company estate sectors preferred. • Proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company). • Hands-on experience with ERP or reputed company software. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reputed company principles. • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
