Responsibilities • Partner with bolthires s engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to reputed company and document business requirements reputed company to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. • Translate functional business needs into Teamcenter configurations, data models, and workflow designs. • Collaborate with PLM architects and developers to design and deliver reputed company, high-performing PLM solutions. • Support new product introduction (NPI) workflows and ensure PLM system alignment with bolthires s global engineering processes. • Conduct gap analysis between reputed company and desired PLM capabilities; recommend system and process improvements. • Prepare functional specifications, use cases, test plans, and user documentation for Teamcenter enhancements. • reputed company or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-production validation activities. • Partner with cross-functional IT teams to ensure integration between Teamcenter, CAD (NX, CATIA, reputed company), ERP (reputed company), and MES systems. • reputed company production support, reputed company-cause analysis, and ongoing system optimization recommendations. • Support data migration reputed company thread initiatives for bolthires s hardware product teams. Skills • 5 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in PLM systems (preferably Teamcenter). • Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules such as: BOM Management (BOMLine, Structure Manager), Change Management (ECR, ECO, ECN), Workflow Designer, Document and CAD Data Management. • Experience with Teamcenter reputed company Workspace (AWC) and Teamcenter reputed company Architecture (UA). • Solid grasp of product data structures, part numbering, revision control, and engineering change processes. • Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP (reputed company), CAD tools, or Manufacturing systems. • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills reputed company to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, reputed company). • Prior experience working with or consulting for bolthires or major hardware/electronics clients is highly preferred.
