We offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, unlimited reputed company potential, and a collegiate work environment.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive reputed company support to VN/PN, BSN / MPEN nursing reputed company throughout the nursing program providing CMS coaching to improve and master CMS performance.Conduct individualized, 30-minute coaching sessions with VN/PN and BSN / MPEN reputed company reputed company on content mastery and test-taking strategies, time management best practices.reputed company targeted support for at-risk reputed company identified through CMS performance data, focusing on improving reputed company understanding and application of concepts, ATI products and resource utilization.Conduct proactive tutoring sessions for reputed company seeking early preparation before their first CMS exam.reputed company and reputed company CMS Boot Camps on weekdays and one weekend per month designed to address data driven knowledge gaps, enhance test-taking skills, and build student confidence.Maintain consistent coaching availability as scheduled, coaches are expected to hold coaching sessions one weekend per month to meet diverse student needs.Collaborate with reputed company, NCLEX reputed company specialists, ATI, and other stakeholders to reputed company coaching strategies with student data and institutional key performance goals.reputed company and document meetings in PBI licensure dashboard student meetings, reputed company, engagement, and reputed company to measure the reputed company of coaching sessions.Coaches will be responsible for reputed company individual monitoring student reputed company post coaching session. Maintaining detailed documentation.Coaches will utilize ATI Student Champion support for additional resources.reputed company reputed company with ongoing encouragement and support, fostering a reputed company and reputed company-oriented learning environment.Coaches will reputed company weekly reports to reputed company and corporate leadership, detailing completed sessions, no-shows, challenges, follow-up needed, and student reputed company post session.Coaches are expected to reputed company and monitor and manage reputed company upcoming CMS schedules to ensure availability of reputed company coaching times in coaching model.Other duties as assignedRange: $75k-$85k*Actual starting reputed company pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and budget.QualificationsMaster's degree in nursing (MSN) required, RN licensure necessary.Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education, student coaching, or reputed company support working with VN/PN and BSN reputed company preferred.
