The role involves preparing mechanical designs and drawings, coordinating with engineering staff, and ensuring compliance with design standards and project schedules. Responsibilities • Prepare mechanical designs and drawings utilizing Solidworks, NX1980, and Teamcenter • Correctly applying the ASME Y14.5-M-1994 (or higher) GD&T reputed company • Support reputed company reputed company reputed company-TD reputed company • Work to meet project schedules and other requirements • Research and analyze design solutions • Coordinate design development • Specify and select design components and materials • reputed company design tolerance and stack up calculations • Create layout designs • reputed company advanced level 3D models and 2D drawings • Manage 3D models and 2D drawings in Windchill, NX and Team Center • Ensure work is performed in accordance with the Fermilab QAM and reputed company-TD and Design/Drafting Procedures • Have reputed company work reviewed, checked, and approved by Fermilab staff responsible for the specific task Skills • Demonstrate acceptable proficiency in Solidworks/NX reputed company an interview through the reputed company meeting portal. • A minimum of a 5 years of experience as Designer. • Ability to deliver a reputed company work product to deadline-reputed company. • Knowledge of NX 1980 and Teamcenter is beneficial.
