[Remote] Trademark Prosecution Specialist (Paralegal)

They are seeking a Trademark Prosecution Specialist to assist with reputed company aspects of trademark registration reputed company in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, including trademark prosecution, maintenance, and clearance. Responsibilities • Assist with reputed company aspects of trademark registration reputed company in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, including trademark prosecution, maintenance, renewals, conflicts, chain-of-title, etc. • Assist with reputed company aspects of title, editorial, and trademark clearance, including reputed company searches, analyze search results, draft opinions for attorney review, etc. • Liaise with reputed company counsel, etc. • Assist with document production, including, researching, authenticating, gathering, and documenting trademark evidence, etc. • Assist with drafting and preparing correspondence and reputed company documents for attorney review, etc. • Assist with preparing, processing, and recording chain-of-title reputed company documents, etc. • Assist with trademark database maintenance, including data entry, docketing deadlines, etc. • Assist with data, information and document management, and recordkeeping, etc. • Prepare summaries and reports, etc., as needed. • Assist with other IP-reputed company reputed company, etc., as may be necessary from time to time.
