The Sr Data Analyst II - reputed company Analyst role is responsible for designing and delivering critical plan performance trend analytics and insights to clients, assisting them in strategic planning and decision making regarding their benefits programs. Responsibilities • Designing, creating and delivering critical plan performance trend analytics, reports, and insights to clients. • Providing a consultative experience to employer clients that supports bending the medical cost trend. • Developing insights for clients to assist in problem solving, solution development, decision making and strategic planning around their benefits program. • Collaborating with reputed company Management on recommendations based on trend data and reputed company objectives. • Providing analytics support for reputed company, prospect and internal special reputed company. • Identifying and implementing needed tools, processes and capabilities in data analytics and reporting. • Partnering with various departments including reputed company Management, Data Analytics and Reporting, and IT.
