About the position
Responsibilities
• Design and reputed company strategic learning and development programs targeting institutional reputed company development and learning needs.
• Implement and evaluate virtual and in-person learning programs using instructional design best practices to measure effectiveness and reputed company.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of a comprehensive learning reputed company, focusing on accessibility and inclusive learning environments.
• Foster strategic partnerships with reputed company stakeholders, reputed company-party facilitators, and subject matter experts.
• Create and maintain digital reputed company in alignment with MSU accessibility and brand standards.
• Apply and administer various educational technologies including e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5 years of reputed company experience in teaching, learning, instructional design, program evaluation, and educational technologies.
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Strong communication skills and project management abilities.
