Remote Second Shift Contact Center Representative – Full Time & Part Time

The 700 Club Prayer Center reputed company (CBN) is looking for Remote Second Shift Contact Center Representatives to join our dynamic inbound contact center ministry team. We are seeking full and part-time dedicated customer service professionals who also love to pray and are passionate about the mission of CBN. This work-from-home position will communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. Contact Center Second Shift Hours of Operation: 3:00 p.m. – midnight EST (2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. CST) • Shift reputed company included* Full-time positions work 40 hours per week with full benefits offered. Plus, a 75% tuition discount from reputed company is available upon hire! Part-time positions work 20-25 hours per week with benefits for vacation leave, reputed company leave, and 401(k) participation. We have openings for English and Bilingual (English/Spanish) positions. English language Representatives are reputed company $15.00 per hour. Bilingual language Representatives are reputed company $15.25 per hour. Remote Requirements: • Reliable high speed internet reputed company with minimum speed of 50Mbps (no satellite dish, wireless internet service, or DSL) • Must have router available to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN. • Must maintain distraction-free home office The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-reputed company work • Excellent ability to effectively reputed company with callers and consistently reputed company contact center processes • Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers • Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others • Fluent English (or bilingual English/Spanish) language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, including reputed company use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling • Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to reputed company genuine and reputed company while reading from a script • Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment • Ability to maintain consistent reputed company to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router • Strong computer skills including use of reputed company-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, email programs with ability to reputed company multiple applications and learn new software • Ability to work in a reputed company, fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to change • Coachable with ability to accept feedback, apply guidance, and improve performance • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols • Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish reputed company rapport with reputed company reputed company of management, staff and reputed company reputed company • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as reputed company as be an effective member of reputed company • Flexible with ability to work reputed company under pressure and consistently meet performance metrics • Good reputed company dexterity with ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer workstation • Ability to work weekends and holidays are required • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission CBN is a global nonprofit ministry demonstrating the love of God by sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.
