REMOTE – PART TIME MEDICAL SCHEDULER – OUTGOING CALLS TO PATIENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION - We seek dedicated and detail-oriented agents to reach out to patients, helping them set up referral appointments with specialists as per the request of their healthcare providers. Medical scheduling experience using the EPIC EMR is required for agents. Phoenix provides support to physicians and clinical personnel nationally from esteemed institutions recognized globally! • Bilingual is a PLUS* JOB DUTIES · Inbound and outbound call management · Scheduling appointments · Managing tasks · Patient requests Part time, 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, shifts 9 - 2pm EST and 12 -- 5pm EST. Pay range is from $16- $20 per hour depending upon performance. No Health Benefits IDEAL CANDIDATES – QUALIFICATIONS • Recent experience with EPIC EMR is essential. • At least one year of experience (in the last five years) is required in a physician’s office or medical center handling calls and performing patient-related transactions in the EMR. • Direct interaction with patients, either in person or via phone, is mandatory. • Capable of triaging patients'* medical concerns within* a multi-specialty setting. • Knowledge of medical terminology is a must! • Strong verbal communication, grammar, and spelling abilities are needed for message delivery. • A quiet working environment is necessary.
