**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Administrative Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound sales contact with government agencies and organizations at the state and local levels to promote our services and solutions
* Pursuing sales leads and developing new business opportunities
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, sales history, and account activity
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve results
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements**

**Essential Qualifications**
