About the Role: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a collaborative, consultative, and problem-hungry Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer success and revenue growth. As a key member of our Customers for Life (C4L) organization, you will own the customer relationship with some of our most strategic customers and prospects, serving as their blithequark advocate and driving product engagement and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our customers and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer success and revenue growth through strategic customer relationships and high-touch engagement models
  • Manage the deal cycle from product evaluation to close, working closely with our sales team to nurture prospects and customers
  • Drive customer adoption through the implementation of best practices, ensuring successful onboarding and utilization of our platform
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities based on customer usage and explore new use cases for their business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including departmental champions and C-Level sponsors, to drive customer success and revenue growth

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of expanding customer adoption and growing revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable interacting and influencing internal stakeholders, including departmental champions and C-Level sponsors
  • Experience with sales and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and pursue upsell opportunities
  • Ability to design and present business reviews and strategic success plans, with a strong understanding of customer needs and goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with API-first products and platforms, with a strong understanding of technical details and the ability to communicate complex concepts to customers
  • Knowledge of the data exchange industry and the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in this space
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
