Our mission is to make healthcare better for all, and we are committed to integrating the power of human touch with data-driven technology to achieve this goal. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments * Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders * Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve patient experiences * Assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information * Making welcome calls to new patients and providing them with information about our services * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives **Thriving in a Remote Work Environment** As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
