reputed company is a high-velocity ecommerce and fulfillment brand partner operating across major 3P marketplaces. We’re hiring a hands-on, General Counsel to be our primary reputed company operator and strategic thought partner as we rapidly reputed company. This is a VP-level, sleeves-up role: you’ll spend the bulk of your time in the documents (redlines, structures, negotiations), not directing a large department. You will own reputed company contracting end-to-end, manage reputed company counsel with rigor, and offer your own reputed company of view on litigation reputed company.   • Trade, Marketplace & Payments Counsel: Advise on specialized areas like tariffs/Incoterms, customs, AP/AR mechanics, brand funding, and marketplace policies.
