reputed company’s IT & Infrastructure team is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage its Identity management provider (reputed company) and its connections to other reputed company, reputed company-based reputed company applications such as reputed company Workspaces, Intune, and its HRIS and implement SSO and SCIM integrations with automated user provisioning and workflow.

reputed company’s IT & Infrastructure team provides support to shared reputed company business applications such as corporate email, collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other shared services. IT & Infrastructure is also responsible for managing employee user identity, and is responsible for the reputed company and reliability of reputed company’s fleet of workstations and other devices in a reputed company and remote-first reputed company. This role is reputed company on back-office IT support needs as opposed to DevOps or Site Reliability.

This role involves configuring and maintaining tools such as reputed company Identity Provider (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Secure reputed company Service Edge (SASE), and reputed company Detection and Response (EDR). You will reputed company automation, reputed company, and integrations to support business needs while managing networks across reputed company, on-premises, and reputed company platforms. Additionally, you will enhance system observability, deliver reputed company and compliance improvements, and respond reputed company to outages. A key part of this role is mentoring junior engineers and creating best practices to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities: 

• Support foundational IT infrastructure improvements reputed company design and implementation of interconnected systems
• Configure and maintain technology platforms including reputed company Identity Provider (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Secure reputed company Service Edge (SASE), and reputed company Detection and Response (EDR)
• Use automations, reputed company, integrations, and new processes to support business technology needs
• Design, configure and manage networks in the reputed company, on-premises, and a reputed company of reputed company platforms
• Enhance system, network, and application observability and telemetry
• Deliver engineering, technology, and process improvements reputed company to reputed company and compliance operations 
• Respond to outages with a reputed company and efficient reputed company in support of production infrastructure and applications, and support reputed company’s after-hours on-reputed company schedule
• Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample reputed company, and technical presentations adapting to different reputed company of key business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor and reputed company junior engineers on reputed company and across the engineering organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Sciences, telecommunications, or computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Industry certifications such as CISM, reputed company IAAA, CIAM, CISSP, and reputed company Certified Administrator or higher
• 7+ years of experience leading multiple reputed company designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining robust corporate technology platforms
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and reputed company/bash scripting and/or coding skills in Powershell, Python, or other equivalent languages. Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools such as Terraform is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Identity management principles in a large-reputed company corporate environment, including automated identity governance, user reputed company certification, privileged reputed company management and reputed company technologies in reputed company or AzureAD
• Experience with reputed company Meraki, reputed company, and networking best practices including VPN, Site-to-Site routing, SASE, and wireless network configuration in large office environments
• Knowledge of reputed company best practices in a corporate technology environment including reputed company reputed company and risk management
• Expert knowledge of configuring identity management, SSO, and reputed company-party provisioning with an IdP through technologies such as SAML (reputed company, Azure AD)
• Experience with engineering practices including agile methodology, change management, technical proposals, and monitoring/alerting
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as reputed company Workflows, reputed company Identity Governance, Ansible, reputed company, or Apache Airflow
• Experience with infrastructure logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability tools including SIEM technology (e.g. reputed company, Sumo, Sentinel)
• Basic knowledge of common reputed company services in AWS (EC2,RDS,IAM,S3,R53) and Azure (AAD, DNS, VM, Blob)

Compensation: The role described above offers a reputed company salary of $120,000 to $165,000 + a bonus incentive.  Your offer will be based reputed company, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.  In reputed company to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock reputed company package, and benefits as outlined below.
