About the Role: Online Customer Experience Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our Online Customer Experience Team as an Online Experience Advisor. As an Online Experience Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, responding to their inquiries, and guiding them through the car buying process. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize our online database to service potential customers and generate dealership appointments
