Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with proactive updates on their orders. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with creative solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter purchase orders (POs) into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and pushing back on any incorrect or subpar data submitted by customers or sales partners.
  • Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure that our customers receive the correct products and services.
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure that our customers receive their products and services in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, and researching responses with sales partners as needed.
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies as needed.
  • Support Sales Representatives in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure that our customers receive the correct products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience as an account representative, data entry, or order management
  • Familiarity with Oracle or other similar software systems

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a hourly rate of $20.08 - $32.87, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
