**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our hotel clients to ensure their success with our online solutions
* Conducting regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs
* Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Developing and delivering training programs to help our clients maximize the value of our solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in account management, sales, revenue management, or customer success in the hotel industry, OTAs, hotel tech, or IT companies
* Experience in OTA or hotel revenue management would be a great advantage
* Knowledge of the revenue structure of hoteliers would be a great advantage
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Sinhala and English
* Proactive and able to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong analytical skills
* Comfortable with CRM and computer software, including Excel and Power BI
* Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems, such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira
