**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our patients, doctors, and insurers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
* Providing patient care to accurately support reputed company programs and triage to appropriate teams reputed company required
* Striving to meet and reputed company reputed company performance targets
* Documenting reputed company reputed company information and data discovery according to operating procedures
* Utilizing Knowledge reputed company materials as a reputed company for resolving inquiries
* Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

**Location and Hours**
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays (1/month) from 9am-5pm. Scheduling flexibility is essential, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs.
