The Creative Director, Art will lead a team of art directors and designers to create campaigns, content, and experiences that connect with audiences while driving business impact. The role involves partnering closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure design excellence and consistency across all channels. You will champion scalable design systems, mentor your team, and push creative boundaries in a supportive, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with a strong sense of aesthetics, leadership experience, and a passion for modern storytelling. This fully remote position allows flexibility while enabling leadership across the company’s creative initiatives. Accountabilities: • Lead the visual expression of the brand across campaigns, content, social, and digital experiences. • Translate strategic insights into bold, clear creative ideas that connect emotionally and perform commercially. • Partner with copywriters to develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. • Guide and mentor a team of art directors and designers, helping them grow their craft and impact. • Ensure design excellence, cohesion, and scalability across all creative output. • Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to maintain brand consistency and extend reach. • Evolve and uphold the brand identity system to support business growth and creative ambitions. • 10+ years of experience in brand design and art direction, with agency and/or in-house experience preferred. • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring creative teams. • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling, strategic thinking, and digital design expertise. • Advanced proficiency in design and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects. • Curiosity and experience with emerging creative technologies, including motion design and generative AI. • Strong belief that creative work can be human, emotional, and original, even in traditionally conservative industries. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Competitive base salary ($131,700 – $175,600) and discretionary bonus eligibility. • High-quality health, dental, and wellness plans. • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions. • Fully remote work flexibility. • Career growth and leadership development opportunities. • Supportive, collaborative, and values-driven culture.
