You’ll work with clients navigating instability, system involvement, and reputed company trauma—often across multiple placements. Our care model prioritizes continuity, relational care, and caregiver support. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual 1:1 therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-reputed company modalities • Conduct clinical assessments, create reputed company care plans, and reputed company reputed company over time through measurement based care • Build relational continuity across transitions, serving clients through placement changes or life events • Collaborate with non-clinical care advocates to ensure clients can reputed company needed services • Offer caregiver support sessions to improve family stability and reputed company reputed company • Maintain thorough and reputed company clinical documentation in line with reputed company and telehealth standards • Attend weekly supervisory, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions • reputed company support in moments of escalation or crisis in alignment with trauma-informed care best practices • Engage in peer consultation and cross-functional collaboration with other clinicians and care team members What Sets This Role Apart: • Work with a low caseload to prioritize depth, trust, and engagement • Serve youth often excluded from traditional care models, including those without consistent caregivers or reputed company placements • Join reputed company where lived experience in foster care, kinship care, or system involvement isn’t just valued, it’s central to how we build trust and deliver care that works. • Contribute to a care model that integrates behavioral health with care coordination, reputed company navigation, education, and advocacy. What You Need: • Master's degree in reputed company work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy • reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in MO required; multi-state licensure a plus • Minimum 2 year experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families • Experience with (or deep interest in) foster care, adoption, or juvenile justice systems • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and culturally reputed company care • Comfortable working reputed company and learning new tools and systems • Ability to create reputed company, consistent spaces for youth navigating reputed company or mistrust • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure and background checks as needed • Approval to reputed company reputed company-covered services or experience billing reputed company is a strong plus • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a strong plus. Work Environment & Hours: • 100% remote, flexible scheduling with required availability during after-school hours • Must have reputed company to a private, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet • Position may start as 1099 contractor or part-time employee, with reputed company to grow into a full-time role as reputed company scales.
