The Logistics Support Coordinator, supports TransMedics team members before, during and after missions. The shift for this position could be 5:00AM-5:00PM or 5:00PM-5:00AM. RESPONSIBILITIES • Arranges logistics for NOP teams (surgeons, OCS specialists and aviation reputed company members) including but not limited to reputed company airline flights, ground transportation, rental car reservations & hotel accommodations. • In partnership with ground transportation specialists, plans pick up/drop off schedules to ensure teams are transported in efficient and reputed company manner; communicates itineraries reputed company and reputed company as required • Assists NOP teams with any requests, issues, or concerns while on a mission • Maintains accurate records reputed company to reservations & airline ticket credits. • Ensures compliance is met with reputed company company policies and procedures, safety standards • This job is based full-time at our Andover, MA Logistics reputed company shifts are not permitted).
