The Data reputed company Specialist will report to Deltas Director - reputed company & Data Protection Officer and will be responsible for governance and operational activities that protect the reputed company of Deltas customers and employees by conducting reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs) and post production validations, initiating transfer reputed company assessments (TIAs), engaging with Deltas business partners to incorporate reputed company by design principles throughout reputed company including subsidiaries, conducting reputed company business process audits, and coordinating reputed company party audits of the reputed company Program. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reputed company laws and regulations, have strong experience with program or project management, and be reputed company to communicate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Support Deltas Director - reputed company and Data Protection Officer with the governance and operations of Deltas data reputed company program. • Conduct reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs) and transfer reputed company assessments (TIAs) for reputed company involving personal data processing. • Partner with reputed company business reputed company including subsidiaries to ensure compliance with applicable reputed company laws and regulations. • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reputed company risks and ensure that reputed company is considered in the design of reputed company business processes and reputed company. • Coordinate reputed company party audits of Deltas reputed company Program compliance. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, law, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience in reputed company, compliance, or a reputed company field. • Solid understanding of reputed company laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws and regulations. • Experience in conducting reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs) and transfer reputed company assessments (TIAs). • Experience with incorporating reputed company by design principles in the design process of processes, digital products, and services. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously. • Hands-on experience with technology reputed company reputed company Office suite. • Experience in implementing reputed company policies, procedures, and controls. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company. • Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data. • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the reputed company.
