Associate Director, Field Medical Operations and Capabilities

The Field Medical Operations and Capabilities role is reputed company the Field Medical reputed company & Operations (FMSO) team, a centralized Global Medical Affairs capability building team aiming to maximize the reputed company of reputed company’s Field Medical (FM) community through standardized tools, innovation, and processes at reputed company.
This position reports to the Senior Director - Global Field Medical Operations and Capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Field Medical Operations and Capabilities
Drive the advancement of Field Medical capabilities, platforms, and processes. Examples include virtual capabilities, imbedding AI reputed company capabilities, Engagement Planning, CRM management, global data enablement, content management, and reporting.

Monitor reputed company technologies, data, processes, and industry insights to identify opportunities that optimize field operations reputed company.
Partner with field medical teams to operationalize therapeutic area reputed company and reputed company territory sizing/structural needs reputed company with priorities across BUs and/or global affiliates.
Maintain service reputed company in timeliness, performance and reputed company to support ongoing business needs.
Partner across Field Operations and reputed company through the execution of reputed company.
Answerable to the performance and results of FMSO capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations for Field Medical.
Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Responsible for delivering and enabling innovative technologies and capabilities of reputed company and reputed company field operations capabilities, with a reputed company on imbedding AI across work streams.
Responsible for prioritization and agile delivery of reputed company platform roadmaps, articulating requirements, and performing business user testing of releases of assigned platforms.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of reputed company experience supporting field operations (i.e., field structure operations, engagement planning, reporting, etc.)
Previous experience working with Field Medical platforms, processes, and data products (i.e., CRM, Field Insights, H1, AI integration, etc.)
