Role Description
Mercor is recruiting Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers as independent contractors working on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers.
- We aim to make the hourly compensation rate offered to you competitive based on your professional background and geographic location.
- The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
- This project requires that you be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- The work will last for approximately 3-4 weeks after you begin the project.
- Please note you will need access to a desktop or laptop computer for this project and that we cannot accept applicants who use chromebook computers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Requirements
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- We will pay you out weekly via Stripe Connect based on the number of project work hours that you log.
- You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
- Please note that we cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
