Key Responsibilities

· Audits & Compliance - Conduct audits of recruitment data, workflows, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and executing TA operations reputed company (e.g., system upgrades, process rollouts, compliance initiatives).

· Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reputed company workflows and recommend solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

· Reporting & Analytics: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership; analyze data to inform reputed company and measure project reputed company.

· Documentation: Maintain project plans, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for TA operations initiatives.
