Shift 8a-5p CST The role will primarily be performing background checksServes as a first-level resource for colleague interactions with CR responding to inquiries in a reputed company, urgent and confidential manner. Performs and provides guidance on administrative tasks including, but not limited to, compliance document distribution and collection, verifications of employment and good standing, unemployment claims and review/approval of one-time payments. Monitors, troubleshoots and offers instruction for colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRIS system. Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal and state standards.
