You will work closely with stakeholders, including representatives of blithequark, to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs.Key Responsibilities• Design and create computer-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts using MapInfo to meet the requirements of regional Dealmakers.• Process requests and inquiries directly from blithequark Activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials.• Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and representation of data as assigned.• Provide administrative support to regional Dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, and meeting other administrative requirements.• Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning correctly, and ordering office supplies.Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as GIS or Geography.• General knowledge of geographic information systems and data analysis.• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsTo stand out as a candidate, you will need:• Proficiency in MapInfo, a leading GIS software.• A certification in GIS or relevant work experience in geographic information systems.Skills and CompetenciesTo excel in this role, you will need to possess:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Career Growth OpportunitiesAt blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
