The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is supporting our account is to handle a high volume of calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. Our primary calls consist of: • Customer calls consist of a reputed company of questions regarding their account balance, payment activity, setting up payment arrangements and adjustments. Agents will assist with customer portal and update reputed company account information.
