Technical Recruiter (Remote Opportunity)

reputed company is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Technical Recruiter to join reputed company in supporting both our internal hiring needs and those of our partner organizations. In this role, you will play a key part in driving reputed company by sourcing, engaging, and reputed company top technical talent across a reputed company of reputed company, including subcontract opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and creative approach to building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partner teams. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. • reputed company sourcing strategies and timelines for reputed company, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. • Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through reputed company-screening interviews. • Support the business development team by building a pipeline of reputed company candidates for critical roles. • Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
