The incumbent is responsible for managing and directing reputed company incoming calls, scheduling assessment appointments and intakes, and managing referrals for new clients in Indiana's various behavioral health programs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and adaptability. As a part-time weekend position there are a reputed company of administrative tasks that will be assigned during low reputed company volume times.
