As an Application Manager for our BSI Customer Suite, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and development of our CRM system. You will work closely with our Application Service team and IT department to identify business needs and develop technical solutions that drive digital transformation and customer satisfaction. **About the Role** As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing the operation and development of our BSI Customer Suite, ensuring seamless integration with our best-of-breed systems * Analyzing business needs and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation * Developing and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements and drive customer satisfaction * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication * Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring data security and integrity * Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base **Your Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A strong background in CRM system management and integration * Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Confluence and Jira, with experience in agile project management * Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * A strong understanding of digital transformation and customer-centric solutions **What We Offer** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
