**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
* Guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
* Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
* Using baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations
* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and airport staff. You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Scheduling will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
