Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our administrative support team. As a key member of our office management team, you will be responsible for completing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our customers and colleagues. Your main duties will include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy, leveraging your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management, ensuring seamless coordination and effective time management.

  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data, utilizing your proficiency in standard business equipment and software applications.
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed, showcasing your excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least two years of progressively responsible clerical experience. You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, you should be proficient in standard business equipment and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
