Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet members and guests with a reputed company attitude
• Answer inquiries about membership, classes, and services
• Assist with member reputed company-ins and manage guest registration
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• reputed company tours of the facility and introduce guests to our offerings
• Ensure the reputed company desk and common areas are clean and reputed company
• Address member concerns and escalate issues reputed company necessary
• Assist with scheduling and booking personal training or group classes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
